Conscious Connected Breathwork. What is it? In a nutshell: I hold space and guide your breath, you breathe using a simple yet effective technique, you move through stored trauma, energetic blocks and limiting beliefs (we ALL have them!), feel your emotions and release them, then melt into a puddle of bliss. In my experience, talk therapy never worked...but breathwork changed my life. It's empowering, it's healing, more importantly it's YOU healing YOU! We begin the session with intention setting and close with integration and opportunity to share/discuss. Not only will you be able to release trauma and energetic blocks, you will learn to regulate your nervous system to improve your overall health. My favorite saying is "you have to feel to heal". So many of us repress our emotions - breathwork helps us feel them deeply in a safe space, so we can truly move past these blocks and feel light, motivated, joyous and free. Life isn't all roses and healing isn't linear. We are here to experience all of it and learn to make friends with our darkness.
